Laura B. Kirshenbaum joined Rose Law Partners in 2018, where she handles a variety of complex litigation matters and leads the firm’s Employment Law Practice. She has extensive experience in employment litigation, business and commercial disputes, legal malpractice defense, higher education litigation, and representation of businesses and individuals in government investigations. She represents clients in state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies and arbitration panels. She also counsels clients on employment matters to manage litigation risk and ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
Before joining Rose Law Partners, Laura was a supervising Assistant District Attorney in the Middlesex District Attorney's Office. There, she gained extensive investigatory, trial, and appellate experience in criminal matters, handling cases involving murder, sexual assault, violence, drugs, and firearms.
Laura has a proven track record of success in the courtroom. She recently won a legal malpractice case representing a multinational law firm, obtaining a complete defense verdict after a three-week trial in the Superior Court. She has also obtained favorable results for her clients in discrimination, breach of contract, defamation, and business tort matters.
Laura is a skilled advocate who is committed to providing high-quality legal services to her clients. She is responsive, attentive, and strategic in her approach to each case. She understands the challenges and opportunities that her clients face in today's dynamic legal environment and works diligently to achieve their goals.
