Rich Bowman joined Rose, Chinitz & Rose in 2000. He represents clients in a wide variety of civil litigation matters. Rich has authored multiple articles relating to employment and discrimination related issues. From 2005 to 2007, Rich was recognized as a “Rising Star” by Massachusetts Super Lawyers.

Rich’s practice focuses on civil litigation and appellate practice, with an emphasis on employment and business litigation. Rich has represented clients in a variety of matters, including employment discrimination, wrongful termination, and non-payment of wage claims. Rich represents several large clients in the financial services industries with respect to the enforcement of restrictive covenants and employee recruitment. He has negotiated separation and severance agreements for corporate and finance executives. Rich has represented a number of clients in insurance coverage dispute cases. Rich has also represented and advised colleges and universities in a wide variety of matters, including student discipline and disability, debt collection, and general commercial litigation.

Rich has also represented defendants in state and federal criminal matters.
