Federal district court jury returns defense verdicts for Rose, Chinitz & Rose’s four clients in False Claims Act case, finding no scientific misconduct by the two hospitals and two academic researchers. The precedent-setting case was tried following remand from the Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, which reversed a summary judgment the firm had obtained for its clients in 2010. See earlier decisions (750 F.Supp.2d 358 and 678 F.3d 72). The firm’s trial team included Alan Rose, Brian Lipkin, and Anna Andreeva.
