NICHOLAS J. ROSENBERG joined ROSE, CHINITZ & ROSE as an associate in 2007.  His practice encompasses a broad range of complex business litigation matters.  Nick has particular experience representing clients in contract, corporate governance, securities, environmental and real estate disputes, as well as responding to civil and criminal investigations and government enforcement actions.

Nick is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New York, and in the United States District Courts for the District of Massachusetts and the Southern District of New York. Nick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies from Brown University, and received his Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School. Prior to joining Rose, Chinitz & Rose, Nick was an associate in the Litigation Department at Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge LLP in Boston.
