B. Aidan Flanagan joined Rose Law Partners in 2015. Prior to joining the firm, Aidan was an associate at a large Boston law firm where he focused his practice on business litigation, internal investigations, and criminal litigation before federal and state courts. Prior to that, Aidan served as a Special Assistant District Attorney in the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office in Boston from 2009 to 2010, serving in both the Appellate Unit and the District and Municipal Court Division. As a member of the Appellate Unit, Aidan briefed and argued several cases before the Massachusetts Appeals Court and one case before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. As a member of the District and Municipal Court Division, Aidan prosecuted misdemeanors and minor felonies in the Boston Municipal Court, Central Division. While there, he handled numerous motions, tried several cases to a jury, and handled numerous bench trials.
