About
Amogha joined Rose Law Partners in 2025 and is currently a litigation associate at the firm. Prior to this, he worked at a global consulting firm, where he supported expert witnesses involved in complex litigation and regulatory negotiations. Leveraging his background in economics and data analysis, Amogha gained experience assisting private law firms, the Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division, and several State Attorneys General in actions spanning a wide range of industries—including semiconductors, healthcare, telecommunications, insurance brokering, online search, and digital platforms.
During law school, Amogha interned in Boston with both boutique litigation and large international law firms. He also served as a research and teaching assistant at Boston University School of Law, mentoring and instructing first-year students in litigation research and writing. As a member of the school’s Legislative Policy Clinic, he drafted proposals for legislation aimed at fiscally incentivizing fusion energy research, development, and production in Massachusetts. Additionally, Amogha authored a paper on the Right to Privacy, permanently archived in the Brandeis University library, commemorating the centennial anniversary of Supreme Court Justice Louis D. Brandeis’s confirmation. He is also familiar with policy questions in the Aerospace and Defense industry, having written about them during law school.
Outside of legal practice, Amogha enjoys following developments in foreign policy, national security, and grand strategy.
