Middlesex Superior Court Justice Kenneth Fishman denied the plaintiff’s motion for a preliminary injunction and dismissed the Complaint filed against the firm's client, Google, LLC, finding that the claim against Google, filed by a biotech company claiming to be defamed by a post on Google, was barred by the immunity provisions of the Communications Decency Act of 1997.
